The Gold Coast
The Gold Coast is much like I would picture Miami - high rise buildings, massive malls and a pretty hectic party scene. I would say that Surfers Paradise is worth having a look and that's about it. The beach next to Surfers called Burleigh Heights is quite lovely though and Aaron and I enjoyed a few cold ones with a picturesque Gold Coast view in the distance. After a look around, we spent a lovely evening with Lance enjoying steak on the barbie. I woke up early the next day to an amazing pink sunrise overlooking the lagoon.
